How It Works

1. Request a quote. Tell us what you are sending, its approximate weight or size, your UK pickup area and the Zimbabwe destination. We aim to reply within 24 working hours.
2. Confirm your booking. We send a written quote. The standard payment arrangement is 50% to book and the remaining 50% before delivery or collection in Zimbabwe.
3. Arrange pickup or drop-off. Pickup can be arranged from Greater London or nationwide for a quoted fee. Somerset and London/Bermondsey are pickup options; the exact London hub address is confirmed when your booking is arranged.
4. We prepare the shipment. We confirm shipment details and the appropriate air or sea service before dispatch.
5. Receive your shipment. Air typically takes 5–7 working days; sea typically takes 28–42 days. We’ll share shipment updates through the contact method agreed at booking.

Transit times are estimates and can change due to carrier schedules, customs processing or other delays. Zimbabwe import duties are paid by the recipient.
