How long does shipping take?

Air freight typically takes 5–7 working days. Sea freight typically takes 28–42 days (4–6 weeks). These are estimates and can change due to schedules and customs.

How are prices calculated?

Air charges depend on actual or volumetric weight. Sea charges depend on shipment size and cubic volume. The rates shown are starting rates; we confirm the full amount in a written quote.

How do the 50/50 payments work?

Pay 50% to confirm your booking and the remaining 50% before delivery or collection in Zimbabwe.

Can you collect from my UK address?

Greater London collection is listed as free in the starting rates. Nationwide UK collection is estimated at £35–£95 depending on location. Somerset and London/Bermondsey can be arranged as pickup options; the exact London address is confirmed at booking.

Which Zimbabwe destinations are served?

Ask us about delivery or collection options for Harare, Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru and other destinations.

Are duties included?

Zimbabwe import duty and any destination charges are not included in the UK rates and are paid by the recipient.

Can I ship a vehicle?

Vehicle shipping is quoted individually. The vehicle must have its V5 and be clear of finance. Zimbabwe duty is excluded.

What items can’t be shipped?

Cash, weapons, perishables, unlawful items and other restricted goods cannot be accepted. Ask us to confirm whether an item is allowed before sending it.

Is shipment cover available?

Optional cover is listed at 2% of declared value. Ask us to confirm eligibility, coverage limits and terms before booking.
